Boundless: preparing US family immigration applications

Online US immigration application preparation with team support and plans that differ in scope and attorney involvement.

Essential or Premium: The Core Difference

Boundless combines online preparation of US immigration applications with team support. The individual catalogue includes K-1, marriage routes, removal of conditions and naturalisation. These are separate products rather than one universal relocation application. [1]

On the K-1 page, Essential includes guided preparation, document checks and support. Premium adds an attorney consultation, attorney review and interview preparation. The main distinction is the extent of legal involvement. [2]

Engagement Scope and Application Stages

Clients use an online questionnaire and personalised document checklist to prepare their file with support. The K-1 page lists the relevant forms. A separate Bundle covers K-1 and a subsequent Adjustment of Status green card application. [2]

Support for one stage and support for two successive applications are different purchases. A K-1 service payment should not be treated as purchasing every later service.

Published Prices on 16 October 2026

The individual services page displays these US dollar prices for payment in full:

Product Essential Premium
K-1 $699 $1,349
CR-1 / IR-1 $699 $1,349
Marriage Adjustment of Status $899 $1,549

These are service prices rather than the full government-related case budget. Monthly payment plans are also shown; their total should not be confused with the pay-in-full price. [1]

The Legal Team and Service Provider

The attorney page identifies team members and roles. Its legal disclosure names Boundless Legal LLC and states Arizona Supreme Court licence number 70276 for federal immigration practice. The Arizona Supreme Court Alternative Business Structures directory lists Boundless Legal, LLC as Active. This regulatory entry concerns the named legal practice; the selected plan defines its attorney involvement. [3] [6]

What the Refund Guarantee Covers

The policy effective 14 October 2026 provides a 14-day post-purchase refund request window. A USCIS denial refund has a separate 14-day deadline and requires the denial letter. Failure to respond on time or attend an interview is excluded; government and third-party payments are not refundable. This is a conditional fee refund, not a commitment by the government to approve a case. [4]

Reviews of the Platform and Support

Trustpilot displayed 4.8 out of 5 from 5,330 reviews. Four service-related posts were selected. Pamela and Monteze Wiggins and Beth Nichols praise support and communication. A four-star reviewer named customer wanted more calls. Kim’s three-star account praises two earlier applications but reports repeated errors and poorer communication following a system change on a third. These are individual accounts, not verified case-file findings or an analysis of all 5,330 reviews. [5]

Assessing a Boundless Plan

The useful comparison is the published distinction between products and support levels. The central questions are which application stage is covered and how much attorney involvement it includes. For a family case, those details are more informative than a single advertised starting price or a refund headline without its conditions.
